Overview
The interface separates getting ready from being in a session. The ready dashboard supports setup and task selection; the active dashboard emphasizes the current task, completed time, remaining time, and the next break.
Preparation
Give the session a clear starting point
Session setup places the duration above the task list. Preset lengths offer quick choices, while the selected duration includes a short explanation of the planned breaks. Task rows pair a title with a due date, keeping the work choice concrete.
A create-task flow includes a title, due date, and reminder setting. The selected-task states then lead to a start-session action, connecting planning to the moment of beginning the work.
Focus
Make the current task the center of the screen
During a session, the dashboard names the current task and shows completed and remaining time together. The upcoming break appears directly beneath that progress, giving the session a visible rhythm.
Ambience options such as Zen, Nature, Upbeat, and Flow sit alongside the focus experience. Other tasks remain available below, and an explicit completion action gives the current session a clear endpoint.

Companion
Let the support match the person
TED has a dedicated chat view and tone controls ranging from calm to more forceful styles. Those controls make the companion's manner an explicit preference rather than a fixed part of the product.
The account area includes focus history and accumulated focus time. Dark surfaces, rounded panels, and aqua highlights tie setup, active sessions, and conversation together while keeping the primary controls easy to identify.
